Termite Inspection

We are licensed Ohio Termite/Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) inspectors.  You receive the same inspection for termites wether you add this to your order or not.  When this service is added to the order, the only change is that we fill out a NPMA-33 form that is required for VA and FHA Loans.  We also update your invoice to show the service, which your VA or FHA loan officer will want to see.
